Exports:
What do we do for you?
1. We will advise you on exactly what the country requirements are.
2. Organize all flights.
3. Flight Crates.
4. All documentation required for the country you are going to.
5. Customs Clearance in South Africa.
6. Luxury kenneling prior to flight. This is to allow for the final Health Check and documentation.
Imports:
There are two main categories of imports depending on what type of species of pet you are importing namely:
1. Import – Subject to Quarantine.
2. Import – Not subject to Quarantine
These are dependent on which country your pet is been imported from. Kindly contact us in order to find out which import your animal will fit into and if your animal will be subject to quarantine.
Once we have discussed everything with you we will have a clear understanding of where your pets blood can be tested.

Exports:
This is dependent on the destination county’s requirements. Please contact us in order for us to advise you on what blood tests are required for the destination country.
Imports:
South Africa requires a battery of blood tests to be carried out prior to your furry friend’s arrival. These blood tests must also be carried in a stipulated method. We will guide you through this.
This dependent on the country of Origin. There are a number of countries which have been identified as non-quarantine countries. Kindly contact us to see if the country your pet is being imported from is subject to Quarantine.
It is never too early to plan due to planning of Vaccinations and some destinations requiring tests and long wait periods. Contact us today for in-depth information.
